Sophistication At Best Event Planning and Management is a full-service company that offers custom invitations and stationary for corporate and social events within the Northern California region. As a member of the International Special Events Society-Northern California Chapter, Sophistication At Best Event Planning and Management will provide up-to-date ideas and design concepts for your next occasion. Sophistication At Best utilizes the finest quality in Dupioni Silk Boxes, Pouches, and Invitation Holders. This is why having your invitations customized specifically for your individual affair is highly recommended."
Design Process Because our invitations and stationary are customized for each individual, there is a minimum order and a 50% down payment. We ask that orders are confirmed and placed at least six months prior to the event. Due to the fine quality of materials utilized to create your custom order, shipping takes approximately 10-12 weeks for delivery of your customized embellishments, silk boxes, pouches, and folios. If you are unable to meet this request, we do offer rush services to complete your order in a time span of 6-8 weeks for an additional fee. Also, because each invitation suite is specifically created for you, all sales are final. Graphic Designs and shipping fees are also non-refundable.
In order to provide the best possible service, you will be provided with a one hour consultation. There is an initial $125 non-refundable fee. This fee will be credited to your order if one is placed. “The Concept of Three” is then implemented. We will discuss your personalized theme utilizing 3 color concepts, 3 possible designs, 3 different types of embellishments, 3 paper choices, and 3 printing styles. From the information given during the consultation, I will provide 3 samples. After you make your decision to move forward with one of the samples, you will have the option to make 3 revisions at the total design time of 3 hours. After these revisions are made and you are still not satisfied, you are more than welcome to make changes at the hourly rate of $75.00, which is not credited towards the cost of the final order.
