Proofing
Once your order is processed and confirmation is sent, we will begin your proof. You will receive a PDF proof via your choice of e-mail (recommended for a more accurate view) or fax within 5-7 days. You will need to view your proof. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the proofing process. Three round of changes are included with your order. Each additional round of changes will incur a fee of $75.00 per hour. With each round of changes, a new proof will be sent within 5-7 days. However, if there are no changes, this process will be much quicker.

**Please be careful when proofing your orders. Sophistication At Best is not responsible for overlooked errors. Your signed proof indicates that you have agreed for Sophistication At Best to produce your order exactly as it appears**.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by Sophistication At Best. Rates apply to shipments within the continental United States. For shipments outside of the continental United States, additional charges will apply. Additional services such as insurance or required signature are also available. If you are interested in these services, please contact us for rates. Sophistication At Best is not responsible for damages incurred in shipping.

Orders: Orders may be placed securely online or by phone at 1-916-595-4615. Payment is due in full once the order has been submitted. All orders will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. Your order will be processed once all funds have cleared.
